Executive Assistant – (Commercial, Residential, & Hospitality Design Firm) –  Stacy Nicole Interiors, Inc., Wake County North Carolina

Stacy Nicole Interiors, Inc. is a premier Commerical, Residential, and hospitality interior design firm. We have a humble design studio and new showroom (fall 2021) in Cary, NC. We are down-to-earth and have an amazing team of talented employees working together. It’s a fast-paced environment and we’re looking for someone to grow with us. EXPERIENCE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• 5 to 7 years Executive Assistant experience.
• Commercial, Residential, and Hospitality experience is a must!

• Working directly with Founder & Principal Designer.
• Ensure accuracy of orders placed for all projects, including pricing, specifications, finishes, and projected ship dates.
• Prepare client presentations as directed by Principal Interior Designer.
• Assist on projects from concept to completion, including new construction.
• Accurately measure and notate details of rooms and objects on site, take notes during client meetings.
• Must be able to space plan all aspects of design. AutoCAD is a must.
• Use AutoCAD to prepare floor plans, elevations and layouts
• Verify furniture and fabric selections prior to ordering.
• Ability to document architects, contractors, suppliers and sub-contractors meeting notes. Bidding through construction.
• Source products, order samples and request quotes from vendors.
• Accurately measure and notate details of rooms and objects on site, take notes during client meetings
• Keep design library and storage area organized.
• Run errands when needed – minimal
• Organize all photoshoots and all related steps associated with photoshoots
• Keep vendor information up-to-date in system
• Coordinate appointments with suppliers, vendors and clients.
• Assist Interior Designer with installation and post installation responsibilities
• Window treatment ordering experience is a plus.
• Nurture vendor and client relationships
• Manage sample library, keep organized and refreshed
• Maintain a clean and professional studio environment
• Use interior design business management software to track and manage all projects

Salary : Dependent on experience.

Availability : Immediate availability.

Hours : 30 – 40 hours per week, Tuesday through Friday 9:00 to 4:30. Must be flexible to work additional hours when needed.
