For more than ten years, The Green Chair Project's highly anticipated Chairity event has successfully brought together creative individuals and community members in support of a vital cause: ensuring that children and families in need throughout Wake County have access to the essential household items necessary for a safe, nurturing, and healthy home.

As their influence grew, their vision expanded accordingly.

From its humble beginnings as an annual auction of designer chairs, the event has transformed into a renowned home showcase that spans multiple days. With over 40 industry leaders in interior design and furnishing contributing, our community is presented with endless opportunities to shop for high-quality products while supporting a good cause.

Empowering Every Body and Every Seat

Imagine a community where no one is left behind in times of crises, homelessness or disaster. Thanks to the amazing resources made possible by Chairity, they are able to provide a lifeline to our neighbors in need. From supplying children with comfortable beds to ensuring families have basic essentials, our efforts are not only making a difference but also strengthening and improving our entire community. Together, they are striving to create a brighter future for all.

In the past year, their dedicated efforts helped 2,000 children and families in wake county community have safe and fully furnished homes. However, the volunteers at the Green Chair Project are not content with just that. This year, they are aiming for an even greater impact, and we sincerely invite you to join us in making a difference. Nicole S.
