Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, Stacy Nicole Interiors, vendors, and manufacturers have been experiencing shipping delays. Although the delays apply primarily to furniture and lighting, various other collections have the possibility of being affected too.
There are two primary causes for these shipping delays; First of all, there is a worldwide shipping container shortage, so any pieces that are made outside of the United States have the potential to be delayed. Secondly, there is currently a high demand of trucks to ship items in the United States and a shortage of drivers. Because of these two issues, we have noticed delays which are unfortunately out of our control.
We understand the frustrations and disappointments that delays cause, but you can be confident that our design team is working hard to get your orders to you on time and as soon as possible. We will always give you the most accurate lead time at the time of your order and continue to update you throughout the waiting process. If at any time you want us to get you an update sooner, you can always email either the Design Coordinator or Orders Department.
