Some projects stay with you. Ms. Lira's was one of them.
At 73, she was ready for a new beginning, but needed more than a moving truck. She needed a team that would slow down, listen, and make the whole experience feel less like loss and more like arrival. That's exactly what we came to do.
We started where we always start: a real conversation. We sat with Ms. Lira and learned how she lived, what she loved, what she needed, what she wanted to wake up to every morning. From there, our Relocation + Turnkey Design team took the reins. We helped her thoughtfully downsize, honoring every cherished piece, then built a relocation plan that handled everything from packing and coordination to move-in day.
Once she was settled into her new Atlanta home, we designed around her. A custom space plan built for comfort and ease. A soft, calming color palette that wrapped every room in warmth. Furniture, lighting, and accessories handpicked to reflect who she is, elegant, calm, and full of life.
We managed the renovations. We coordinated the contractors. We styled every room so that the moment she walked through the door, it felt like home.
Because that's what we believe good design does. It doesn't just make a space look right, it makes a person feel right inside of it.
