Stacy Nicole Interiors Special Offer Terms & Conditions

Effective Date:July 15, 2025

By applying for and participating in the Stacy Nicole Interiors Special Offer (“the Offer”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
‍Offer is available to new clients only.Project location must be within Charlotte, Concord, or surrounding areas unless otherwise approved for virtual design services.Minimum product and service investment: $15,000

2. What’s Included
‍Complimentary 30-minute Discovery CallInterior Consultation Fee ($1,495) waived as part of the OfferAccess to the Design Intensive Package, with a portion of the package fee credited toward your full-service project upon contract signing.

3. Limitations
‍Offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or existing proposals.Offer does not cover construction services, contractor labor, or third-party vendor costs.Stacy Nicole Interiors reserves the right to decline projects that do not align with the firm’s availability, service scope, or brand fit.

4. Booking & Timelines
‍Offer is available for a limited time and subject to schedule availability.Discovery Call and Consultation must be booked within 30 days of application approval.The full-service design project must begin within 90 days of the consultation, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Materials uploaded to a Communication Service may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction, and/or dissemination. You are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you download the materials.

5. Media & Marketing Release
‍By participating, you agree to allow Stacy Nicole Interiors to document the design process and final project (photos, videos, social media). Assets may be used for marketing, portfolio, or press purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Payment Terms
‍All product procurement, custom furnishings, and design services beyond the initial consultation are subject to separate agreements and payment terms, as outlined in your project contract.

7. Cancellations & Refunds
‍The waived consultation has no cash value and is non-refundable if the client chooses not to proceed with the project.Cancellations after project initiation are subject to standard terms outlined in the service agreement.

8. Modifications
‍Stacy Nicole Interiors reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel this Offer at any time without notice.
